Chapter 5: Time For Farewell
One day they were swimming and talking about how Porcupine, Skunk and Hedgehog came to be in the ocean. Suddenly they realized everyone was swimming in the other direction. They asked someone, “Why?” But then they realized the water was receding. Porcupine, Skunk and Hedgehog said, “We have to go back to the land because that is our home.”
Pufferfish was sad but she knew that the land was their home and wished she could come onto the land with them, but she had no legs. So, she said, “I hope we meet again. I will miss you.” So, she said, “Goodbye”. Puffer Fish swam back into the ocean feeling sad and Hedgehog, Porcupine and Skunk left for the land, wishing they could stay.
